When you submit a quote request through any of our websites, we collect the information you provide directly — including your name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, and business operations information needed to obtain insurance quotes on your behalf.
When you visit our websites, we collect standard server log data including IP addresses and browser information through our hosting provider. We use the Meta Pixel on our segment websites to measure advertising performance and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our sites.
When you communicate with us by email, we retain those communications. When you sign a bind confirmation document, we collect your electronic signature and associated document data through our e-signature provider.
When you use CID Connect, we collect account credentials, session data, and your interactions within the app (including COI requests, coverage questions, and claims activity) to deliver the service.
We use the information you provide solely to obtain and present commercial insurance quotes, bind coverage on your behalf, service your policy, and communicate with you about your coverage. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to your insurance needs.
To obtain quotes and bind coverage on your behalf, we share your business information with insurance carriers and wholesalers. We share only what is necessary for underwriting and binding purposes.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill quoting, binding, and policy servicing obligations, and as required by applicable law and insurance regulations.
Our segment websites use the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology that helps us measure advertising effectiveness and show our ads to people who have visited our sites. You can adjust how Meta uses data for ads through Meta ad preferences or your Meta account settings. We do not use additional analytics tracking on commercialinsurance-direct.com.

By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
The Platform is provided for lawful commercial insurance purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Platform, submit false or misleading information, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, or use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law.
You must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to act on behalf of the business for which you are requesting coverage.
Submitting a quote request through the Platform does not constitute an offer or commitment to provide insurance coverage. Coverage is bound only upon written confirmation from Commercial Insurance Direct and your execution of the applicable bind documents. Premium amounts and coverage terms are subject to carrier approval and may change prior to binding.
The “Am I Covered?” feature in CID Connect provides general guidance based on your policy information. It is not legal advice and does not constitute a coverage determination or guarantee of claim payment. Coverage is subject to the actual terms, conditions, exclusions, and endorsements of your policy. For any material coverage decision — including signing a lease, taking on a new scope of work, or responding to a claim — confirm with your carrier or a licensed representative.
Certificate of Insurance requests submitted through CID Connect are fulfilled subject to verification and generation timelines. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Urgent requests may still require direct support. Certificates issued reflect coverage in force at the time of issuance and are subject to the terms of the underlying policy.
All content on the Platform, including text, design, logos, and software, is the property of All Access Insurance LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, All Access Insurance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
